Our policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery and we only accept refund requests for incorrect or damaged products. *Please note, there are no refunds on personalized items.*
In order to see if your product qualifies for a refund, please completely fill out the form located below.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
